About No Fluff Real Estate

Members get weekly live trainings, called the Masterclass, along with strategies and resources drawn from those sessions.[1] Training covers deal structuring for single family and multi-family properties and deal negotiation for converting more contracts, and the group doubles as a network of investors.[1]

The paid No Fluff Mentorship provides personalised 1-on-1 guidance, including one-on-one sessions with Matt.[2] The mastermind is aimed at both seasoned and new investors, and the paid offers include pre-built systems, automations and deal flow.[2] A five-day No Fluff Challenge is also offered, and enrolment in the paid programs runs through a booked call with Matt.[2] On YouTube, Beard frames the brand around the view that too much fluff keeps the real gold from the people who are looking for it.[3]
