About Wholesailors Real Estate

The course follows the Arbitrage Flipping System (AFS), a 10-step system Dier created, and covers three ways to close deals: house arbitrage, land arbitrage and creative arbitrage.^[1] Members get contracts, scripts, skiptraced leads, AI software, seven livestreams a week, an accountability coach and a full-time underwriter, along with investor buy boxes and live training.^[1] The listing says no experience is required and little to no money is needed.^[1]

Dier's website adds content creator to those roles, offers joint-venture deals under the heading "JV With Max Nationwide Dispo", and links a free Discord community.^[2]

As of September 2026, the listing said new members would pay $50 a month once a member cap was reached, and that membership can be cancelled anytime.^[1]
