About USA REIA
Members get contracts, a classroom of videos running from A to Z, and a step-by-step roadmap for finding deals, talking to sellers and locking up contracts.[2] The group also provides word-for-word scripts for sellers, buyers and agents, which it calls battle-tested, along with insider strategies and a community of wholesalers and investors.[2] Its DASI app is an AI-powered repair cost estimator used to calculate offers.[1][2] Members who find a promising lead can pass it on under a deal-finder arrangement in which the operator locks up the deal and sells it.[2]
The same operator runs enterpriseselite.com, an off-market real estate marketplace where verified wholesalers list signed contracts and qualified investors bid, with AI-screened comps and administered assignments.[3] The marketplace handles single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes and quads only, with no commercial property or land.[3] As of September 2026, bidders verified their identity through Stripe and placed a $500 platform-fee hold on a card, charged only on a winning bid.[3] As of September 2026, the Linktree also pointed to Speed to Seller, which sold fresh seller leads at $5 each, and Ready Property Leads, a pay-per-lead service that qualifies and books motivated leads.[1][3]
