A three-day live challenge the group promoted in September 2026 covered finding deals through skip tracing and driving for dollars, then comps, ARV and repair estimates, then funding options such as private money, hard money and assignments.[2][3]

Adunola founded Core Capital Group LLC, which develops and remodels residential properties.[1] The website states that Fola Adunola can not and does not make any guarantees about a reader's ability to get results or earn any money with the brand's ideas, information, tools or strategies.[1] It also says no legal, medical, tax or other professional advice is offered.[3]
