The Real Estate Academy is a Skool group on house flipping, run by April Juliano and created in June 2024.[1] Its focus is deal sourcing: getting properties brought to members for free, mostly by real estate agents and wholesalers, without paying for marketing or cold calling homeowners.[1] Juliano describes flipping 25 to 30 houses a year and previously teaching a general flipping class, and says the group grew out of seeing students finish that class without ever doing a deal.[1]

About The Real Estate Academy
Members get a live call with Juliano every Wednesday at 3:30pm Eastern that goes through incoming leads and a real deal shown on screen.[1] A classroom course runs from the basics to a first offer, and the group supplies a buy box template, scripts and the math Juliano uses to size up a lead.[1] The group's stated aim is a first deal within 90 days without spending on leads.[1]
Juliano also runs a YouTube channel presented as a hub for real estate education, covering property investment, creative financing, market trends and property management.[2]
