About Vacarya Academy

Academy members get more than 10 hours of Airbnb masterclass training, a one-to-one strategy call and a weekly live Q&A with Aiden.[1] Bonus templates cover market analysis, calculators, scripts and documents, and the group says it will go private once it reaches capacity.[1]

Vacarya was co-founded by Aiden Weir, who leads brand, marketing and growth, Aaron Bae, and Carstin Hao, who leads operations, property acquisition and operator success.[3] Its paid service researches markets, underwrites deals and negotiates with landlords, then designs, furnishes and fully sets up each unit.[2] Clients then get weekly strategy calls, one-on-one support and lifetime access to every tool and system the company has built.[2] The company says most clients launch with $50K to $100K, covering the lease, furnishings, setup and a launch buffer.[2] A YouTube channel tied to the company publishes about one video a month and points viewers who want more than the free content to Vacarya's done-for-you launch service.[4]
