About 7 Figure Flipping

The paid programs are built on two frameworks, the 5F Framework and REBOS, short for Real Estate Business Operating System, and places are assigned after an application.[3][4] 7F Runway, aimed at flippers still winging it, is a one-time payment for lifetime access to an operating system of SOPs, checklists, trackers and templates, daily tactical coaching from Monday to Friday and AI tools for analysing deals and rehabs.[4][5] 7F Altitude, an annual commitment for operators building larger companies, adds a REBOS buildout, performance pods, CEO boardroom intensives and an AI suite with a REBOS AI Coach, Deal Analyzer and Rehab Coach.[4][5] A third program, Teenage Tycoon, teaches teenagers financial literacy, entrepreneurship and real estate through weekly mentor and book club calls.[4][5]
