About Pre Foreclosure Real Estate

The classroom covers a pre-foreclosure roadmap, how the foreclosure process works, where to find leads, cold-call, SMS and door-knocking scripts, and follow-up cadences and automations.[1] It also teaches what it calls the Options Close sales framework, handling homeowner objections, ARV and offer calculations, contracts, and cash, novation, subject-to and JV deal structures.[1] Recordings of real closing calls and door knocks sit alongside full deal breakdowns.[1] Each month brings a live pre-foreclosure training, a live business audit and a Dallas investor meetup.[1]

The closershub.ai site, operated by REICLOSERS CO LLC, sells a done-for-you service that supplies inbound pre-foreclosure leads, an AI appointment setter and a CRM built on GHL.[3] It runs Meta ads aimed at homeowners behind on mortgage payments and sends weekly reports on each campaign.[3] Its stated terms are that a client who does not contract a deal from its ads within 90 days does not pay, and the ads keep running at no extra cost.[3] Fit is decided on a first demo call, and the operators also run their own wholesaling business, using outbound marketing alongside inbound.[3]
