About Northern Oak Property Training

The main course, Property Flipping Foundations, covers finding deals, running numbers and managing refurbs.[1] Weekly live Q&A calls take members' deals and problems and answer them with real numbers, and every call is recorded.[1] An AI in Property course covers the tools the team uses to find and analyse deals.[1] Members include investors, tradespeople, professionals and complete beginners who share deals, wins and mistakes.[1] The group is free to join, with no webinar or pitch, and warns that the work takes effort.[1]

The Northern Oak Property Training website offers a free training video in which Rupert and Joshua walk through a deal framework for finding, analysing and structuring a property deal.[2] Viewers can book a free 30-minute strategy call, after which the paid mentorship and community is explained to those who seem a fit, and the mentorship takes 10 to 15 people at a time.[2]
