About Rentals To Riches

The core is a day-by-day roadmap of 164 videos that runs from zero to owning a property.[1] Members also get a daily Q&A answered with custom videos, weekly live calls with Cucciniello, a deal calculator and a book, and word-for-word scripts for talking to agents and lenders.[1]

Cucciniello also runs a mentoring program under the Investarters name, which its site describes as a three-month program that goes from setting initial goals to being handed the keys.[3] It includes two group coaching sessions a week, one for accountability and one for live questions and answers, direct one-on-one feedback, and a deal analyzer spreadsheet and flowchart.[3] Its videos cover strategies such as fix and flip, buy and hold and wholesaling, as well as financing, choosing a property type and location, finding an agent and negotiating, home inspection and insurance, and using Zillow to make offers.[3]

The Skool group offers a full refund to members who do not have a first deal under contract within 90 days.[1]
