The state of the creator economy, in numbers
What the 172,332 communities and products we track on Skool and Whop charge, including ones without a page here, and how large they really are. Move the controls to choose which part of the market you mean.
A storefront selling several tiers is one business and several products, so the two counts differ. Every figure below states the population it was calculated from.
What these communities and products charge
111,090 with a published priceHow large they are
85,124 with a published member countWhat this counts, and what it does not
Every figure is read from a community’s own public listing and dated. A listing joins this page when it publishes something real about itself: members, a price, a review, or a trading signal. A page with none of those is not counted, because otherwise the number of communities we track would grow by finding more empty pages.
Not every listing publishes everything. 85,124 of 172,332 publish a member count and 111,090 publish a recurring price, so each figure above is calculated only over the listings that publish the thing it measures, and says how many those were. A price average that treated a free community as zero, or a size average that treated a community publishing no count as empty, would describe our coverage rather than the market.
Nothing here is a recommendation and no community is ranked on this page. How the figures are collected, and their limits, are set out in the methodology. If something is wrong, tell us.
