About Ephrem Studio

The site lists guides to seven strategies: Subject-To, the Morby Method, Novations, Wholesaling, Sober Living Homes, Coliving, and JV Partnerships and Deal Structuring.[1] Each week the group adds new training, strategies, deal breakdowns, wins and mistakes, and it works through real deals and their numbers.[1][2] Co-living and sober living are covered as ways to run a property for monthly rent.[2] Members can draw on resources such as forms, transaction coordinators, investor-friendly agents, and attorneys and title companies that work with creative finance.[2] The brand's YouTube channel covers buying pre-auction and foreclosure properties before they reach the market.[3]

The community also feeds joint-venture deals with EphremStudio.[1][2] A member with a deal can own it outright, bring it to EphremStudio and structure the split together, or assign it for a fee.[1] The guides are free to keep, and members do not have to bring any deal back to EphremStudio.[1]
