About Wholesaling Inc.
The group's curriculum opens with a 30-Day Wholesaling Launch Plan that runs from day one to a closed deal.[3] It then covers a six-step deal-finding system called the Cash Buyer Pack, four pillars for pre-qualifying leads, word-for-word scripts, and seven steps to negotiating and presenting offers, with community support alongside.[3]
Wholesaling Inc. also sells a mentorship that includes 1-on-1 work with Brent and access to The Rhino Tribe Community, which members join by application.[1][2] The mentorship lists more than 20 hours of live support calls a week on topics such as creative finance, virtual wholesaling and live seller calls, plus monthly Mastery Workshops hosted by Brent with a subject matter expert.[2] The company publishes free daily podcasts and videos, holds a live show with Brent Daniels every Wednesday, and runs the Wholesaling Inc Academy of free courses and tools.[2] In a podcast episode dated October 1, 2024, Daniels discussed the core principles of real estate marketing and a framework of "four phases" for lead generation.[1]
