About Creative Real Estate Academy

Members get more than 10 hours of training, along with tools and live events.^[1] The training covers traditional and creative deal structuring, finding motivated sellers and landlords without paying for lists or services, presenting multiple offers, and underwriting a deal.^[1] The group also serves as a network for investors and other real estate people.^[1]

Beyond the free community, Seo's website offers real estate consulting on management, negotiation and deal structuring, and makes offers on property portfolios that owners want to sell.^[2] Its investment funds are open to accredited investors only.^[2]
