About The Neighborhood
Members get a 30 Day Social Media Blitz course, a 7-Day Lead Magnet Mini Course with lead magnet templates, a ManyChat tutorial and a resource library.[1] A weekly Q&A call is hosted by Ramon and Tessabella.[1]
The community's website calls it a friendly real estate community and groups its posts under topics including social media, recruiting, investing, marketing, market news, hot takes and AI.[2] The site also has agent spotlight, blog and learn sections and a newsletter, with a post by Tessabella Jelten dated August 2024.[2]
In June 2023, The Broke Agent introduced Jelten and Ramon Casaus as two BAM creators who had started House of Agents, a real estate podcast airing on Wednesdays.[3] The same article describes Jelten as a real estate agent, investor and marketing strategist, and Casaus as a Realtor and the founder of ROC Real Estate Partners.[3]
