Its parent brand, WholeScaling, is a training and mentorship business covering wholesaling, rental property investing and BRRRR.[1][3] Its modules cover market research, sourcing potential deals, financing options and evaluating investments, and members can join regular coaching calls where instructors and guest experts answer questions.[3] Scripts, templates and operational resources are also provided.[3] The site's footer names the operating company as Silver Spring Productions LLC.[4]

WholeScaling states that its educational materials are intended for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.[5]
