A July 2024 DealMachine blog article, Cold Calling and Probate Deals: Tips from Stefanie Kebede, describes her as both a real estate agent and an investor.[2] Her portfolio includes wholesale deals, novation agreements, fix and flips and land deals.[2] Probate deals are a particular focus: she finds them by scanning county records with a virtual assistant, then follows up with cold calls and direct mail.[2] She also documents her real estate work on YouTube.[2]
