About Flip Man’s Wholesaling Network

Members get step-by-step training on finding, analysing, offering on and flipping deals, with courses, scripts, contracts, buyer strategies, deal breakdowns and AI workflows.[1] Listed lessons include finding deals from home, making offers to agents, the KISS method, and contracts and paperwork.[1] An AI Deal Finder Training covers using AI tools such as Codex and Claude Code to find properties, build lead lists, calculate offers, find agent details and prepare outreach.[1] Joining is free, with an upgrade for courses, scripts, contracts, deal breakdowns and premium help.[1]

The Flip Man YouTube channel covers finding motivated sellers, structuring deals, flipping houses, subdividing land, and self-storage and multifamily properties.[3] The channel also advertises separate one-on-one coaching that guides a student through unlimited deals.[3] Flippinar sessions are also published as numbered podcast episodes on Spreaker, including episode 337 in March 2025 and episode 338 on flipping land like houses.[4] As of September 2026, the flipmancoach.com site sold the Flip Man Starter Pack for $17, paid once, with a How to Wholesale Houses ebook, four worksheets and seven tools, among them agent scripts, a comp guide, a repair checklist and AI prompts.[2]

Buyers of the starter pack can request a refund by email within 30 days; the refund applies to the pack only, and coaching is separate.[2] The site states that it offers education only, that no income or deal result is promised, and that results depend on market, effort, skill and the deals found.[2]
