About Elite Capital Raiser

The group shares its name with Carter's paid program, The Elite Capital Raiser, which requires an application.[3] That program builds an automated investor pipeline inside the participant's CRM and adds live coaching and implementation support.[3] A second program, RAISE Engine, is an implementation-focused experience on the marketing and operations behind consistent capital raising.[2] Carter also sells a Monday-based system for investor intake, follow-up, deal tracking, email and reporting, and as of September 2026 The Pitch Toolkit cost $47 and The Deal Ready Bundle $67.[2][3]

Carter runs Legacy Bloom Capital, a real estate-backed private lending fund, and built its investor workflows, underwriting process, reporting and CRM.[2][4] The fund was set up after a deal's institutional financing collapsed at closing, and it is a Regulation 506(c) fund open to accredited investors only.[2][5] Carter's YouTube channel carries capital-raising education and the Legacy Talks Podcast, featuring conversations with Black and Brown entrepreneurs.[5]
