Savoys Growth Network is a Skool community on UK property investment, brought to you by Savoys Education, the education arm launched by the property company Savoys Properties.^[1]^[2] It focuses on HMOs and commercial-to-residential conversions, and members get the Savoys Deal analyser for assessing HMO and C2R deals.^[1] The group, created in May 2024, is also pitched as a place for networking with other investors.^[1] The owner's Skool bio describes a partner at Savoys and chartered surveyor (MRICS) with more than ten years of experience.^[1]

About Savoys Growth Network

Savoys Education also sells a 12-month, group-based membership taught by Malkit, Sanjay and Hardeep, the developers behind Savoys.^[3] It includes a 12-module training programme on HMO and commercial-to-residential strategies, bi-weekly group coaching calls, virtual and in-person tours of active development projects, and a resource library of deal analysers, due diligence checklists, contracts and templates.^[3] Members also get priority access and discounted rates for Savoys' end-to-end development service.^[3] Savoys Education states that its services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.^[3]

Savoys Properties was created in April 2020.^[4] Its partners include Hardeep Toor, a chartered quantity surveyor and head of developments, along with Sanjay Kumar and Malkit Purewal.^[4] The company specialises in HMOs and in converting commercial buildings into residential use, and offers planning, project management, design and build, and property sourcing.^[2] Its YouTube channel covers commercial conversions, structuring deals with investors and managing assets, and carries the disclaimer: "All figures, dates, and references were accurate at time of recording. Please verify independently before making investment decisions."^[5]
