About Kris Krohn Community

Krohn wrote "The Strait Path to Real Estate Wealth" in 2006 and started his own company in 2007 to help investors transact turnkey real estate.[2] He launched a YouTube channel in 2015 and an investor club in 2022.[2] The channel teaches how to find, finance and flip properties, shares content on mindset, motivation and habits, and runs interviews with investors and entrepreneurs, with new videos every week.[3] On kriskrohn.com, his company offers a turnkey lease-option investing service: it identifies growth markets, finds and acquires properties that fit its model, coordinates any setup or rehab, and places lease-option residents in the homes.[4] The team also handles ongoing bookkeeping, tax coordination and portfolio oversight for investors.[4]
