About Wholesaling Real Estate
Members get 20 training videos on getting a first deal step by step and scaling from there.[1] Members can also download a purchase contract, an assignment contract, a cold-calling script and a list of investor-friendly title companies.[1] The group doubles as a networking community for new and experienced wholesalers, and paid hands-on training and mentorship are offered inside.[1]
A related paid wholesaling program, REI Scalers, is fronted by Jacob Blank.[2] It covers getting a first wholesale deal from scratch, the marketing channels that bring in motivated seller leads, and taking contracts from open to close, including finding and marketing to cash buyers, title companies and escrow.[2] Its lessons include pulling lead lists from Propstream and Cole realty resource, a free Zillow marketing strategy, bandit signs and fix-and-flip tips.[2]
