About (Closing) Valladares Network

Cold to Contract is presented as an operating system rather than a course, motivation or coaching.[1] Members start with an onboarding that sets expectations, then work from scripts used exactly as written, execution standards and optional tools for speed and consistency.[1] It is meant for agents willing to make calls consistently and follow the system without tweaking it, and not for those who want motivation, hand-holding or personalized feedback.[1]

The operator, Valladares Real Estate Academy, sells Cold to Contract OS, covering scripts, lead lanes, objection handling and a full listing presentation, with a live role-play session each morning at 8:30 AM ET and a live training session each Thursday.[2] As of September 2026 it cost $97 a month with no contract, cancellable at any time.[2]
