About Real Estate Investing

Free members get weekly roundtables, monthly webinars and the recording of a 5-day challenge, with weekly calls on an upgraded plan.[1] The owner's bio describes them as one half of the Canadian Real Estate Investor Podcast and as a real estate broker, financier and investor.[1]

The group belongs to Realist Education, which Daniel Foch and Nick Hill present as teaching Canadian real estate to investors at any skill level and in any location.[2] Both are listed there as founders, with the roles of lead instructor and sales director.[2] Its training and mentorship programmes cover acquisition and development strategy, market analysis and selection, small and mid-cap development, financial modelling, private lending, and negotiation and deal structuring.[2] The site also offers a Home Deal Analyzer, events, a Multiplex Masterclass and a podcast, and carries the name Realist Company.[2]
