About Real Estate Investors

The curriculum covers choosing a market and strategy (fix and flip, wholesale or rentals), underwriting deals, setting up sales and marketing systems for consistent leads, and using tools and standard operating procedures to take on more deals.[1] The group also includes an AI CRM built for real estate investors, with AI scoring, SMS and voice agents.[1] The company describes its Skool community as offering workshops, courses, deal support and weekly momentum, and says its method relies on niche courthouse data, simple outbound and AI.[2]

New Breed Investors also runs a live 60-minute webinar on replacing pay-per-click and paid leads with off-market deals.[2] The company sells Lead OS, a prebuilt CRM and AI system for outbound and follow-up, and books strategy calls to plan niche data, outbound and AI for a member's market.[2]

A YouTube channel tied to the group is presented by a real estate investor named Tim, who runs a wholesale company that is still operating and has launched a cold email agency.[3] Its videos cover scaling a company and outbound marketing channels.[3]
