The group's owner is one half of the Canadian Real Estate Investor Podcast and describes a professional background as a real estate broker, financier and investor.[1] That podcast belongs to Realist Education, a Canadian real estate investing education business presented by Daniel Foch and Nick Hill, whose program covers acquisition and development strategy, market analysis and selection, and negotiation and deal structuring.[2]
