About BuilderAccelerator 2.0

Builder Accelerator also runs as a ground-up development program on its own site, where enrolment goes through a call with the team to see whether an applicant qualifies.[2] The site describes the program as strictly application based and pitches it at flippers, wholesalers, agents and contractors.[2] Its host is Eric Crutchfield, who also presents a live virtual masterclass promoted on the same site.[3]

The operator's building company, Crutchfield Customs, presents itself as a modern luxury home builder specialising in bespoke residences, in styles from traditional designs to modern aesthetics.[4][5] The company says it works with clients on the basis of transparency and collaboration.[5]
