About Wholesaling Houses 101

The group gives members a community of new and experienced wholesalers, a buyers list covering all 50 states that is updated monthly, a repair cost and MAO calculator, plug-and-play contracts with an instant contract generator, cold calling scripts, deal analyzers and PDFs.[1]

The paid membership, sold as the Real Estate Cheat Code for investors, wholesalers, realtors and developers, gives instant access to its own Skool group.[4] It includes video trainings, weekly live Q&As and deal reviews, personal deal analysis, deal breakdowns, joint venture opportunities, a resource vault of contracts, scripts and templates, and a private community.[4] Its curriculum also covers curing title and taking on bad title properties, and members network with real estate professionals across the country.[2][4] The program's site says Flores has closed more than 1,000 deals.[4]

Flores also hosts the Uncut With Q podcast, and his team books strategy calls.[3] The paid program offers no refunds or guarantees because it is a digital training and coaching program with immediate access, but the subscription can be cancelled at any time.[4]
