About Elite Property Community

Gavin J Gallagher is founder and CEO of the property mentorship brand behind the group.[2] Gallagher launched the mentorship in August 2021 after requests from listeners of his podcast, Behind The Facade, which he began producing in 2020.[3][4] Its Accelerator Program is aimed at investors ready to raise capital, scale a portfolio and structure deals, and runs over 6 months through four modules: an investor Roadmap, Financial Analysis, Building Your Portfolio and the Investor Pitch.[3][5] The programs combine downloadable exercises and pre-recorded video modules with a weekly group coaching call.[3] Built for beginners, the Foundations Course covers essential real estate skills and deal analysis.[5] The Inner Circle is a small peer group with weekly coaching from Gallagher, private consultations and an invite to the quarterly Pitch Fest.[5] Its 6-week live workshops combine negotiation and presentation skills for property investors, and one-time consultations can also be booked.[5] Members and alumni get quarterly in-person events, plus meetups and overseas retreats.[3]

Gallagher founded the consulting and development management firm Galdevar Consultants in 1998.[2] He is also Commercial Portfolio Director of Earlsfort Group, a real estate investor and developer, and Managing Director of EastPoint Business Park.[4] A YouTube channel tied to the brand is aimed at landlords, business owners, contractors and professionals building a real estate portfolio.[6]
