About Credit to Real Estate Free

The free group covers credit education basics, including the first steps to improving and protecting credit, and introductory tips on how credit can lead to property ownership.[1] Members also get free resources and trainings, a community of entrepreneurs and future investors, and updates on live events and webinars.[1]

The operator's website belongs to LAP Investments, LLC, founded by Lee A. Patterson, and offers education on investing in real estate from a first deal to a lasting portfolio.[2] Its lessons cover financing through banks, lenders and private money, and evaluating residential, commercial and multifamily deals.[2] The site presents Patterson as an author and thought leader in the investing space.[2] In an October 2019 interview with VoyageATL, Patterson said the company looked for real estate deals at a discount to buy wholesale or fix and flip, and also taught financial literacy and the use of credit.[3]
