About Sober Living Riches

New members get a Foundations Mini-Course on the essentials of sober living homes, a Sober Living Action Checklist for tracking progress, and a Deal Calculator.[1] The full coaching program, with all courses, is sold separately through soberlivingriches.com, where entry runs through a free training and an application call.[1][4] That program moves from learning to start and operate a home, to launching it with one-on-one coaching, group coaching and a community, to building referral relationships with what the brand calls the F.A.S.T. Framework.[4] The site also hosts filmed interviews with members who opened homes after joining.[4]

Lamb's YouTube channel shares strategies for entering the recovery residence business, aimed at both experienced investors and beginners.[3] In interviews, Lamb covers property selection, referral relationships, resident standards and the systems that keep a home stable.[2]
