About Capital Connectors

Members get the 5 Investors in 5 Days Frameworks, the How to Raise Capital Mastercourse, material on launching a first fund, and case studies, with new content added weekly.[1] The master course runs to 14+ modules on the pitch, prospecting, objections and the close, and as of September 2026 the Capital Connectors site said it had sold for $997.[3] It follows four stages, Positioning, Pipeline, Conversion and Scale, and applies to asset classes from multifamily, commercial and industrial property to self-storage, land and development, private lending, hospitality, medical office and mobile home parks.[3]

Through M1 Real Capital, Drozdz also offers accredited investors a way to own institutional-quality apartment buildings without being a landlord, and runs a three-day in-person event with the M1 team.[2] Drozdz's coaching is by application, followed by a Capital Raising Roadmap Call, and is not for fix-and-flip investors, wholesalers or people seeking hard money loans.[4] A linked YouTube channel covers building authority with investors and creating consistent deal flow.[5]

M1 Real Capital Corporation and M1 Inner Circle state that they hold no registration of any kind with the SEC, FINRA or a state securities authority, including registration as a broker-dealer or investment adviser.[3] The sites also warn that every investment carries risk, including possible loss of principal, and that growing a business, raising capital and investing carry substantial risk and demand significant effort, discipline and execution.[3][4]
