About FasterFreedom REI Academy
FasterFreedom's paid program, the CoRP Mentorship Community, is presented as a step-by-step system for investing in a first or next rental property without using one's own money.[4] It includes more than 350 videos and resources, seven live weekly coaching calls with Primm and the team, a private Facebook group, one-on-one coaching availability, a customized action plan, and contracts, calculators and analyzers.[4] It also covers mid-term rentals and remote investing, comes with lifetime access to ongoing weekly coaching, and has no published price; buyers book a call.[4] One lesson is a three bucket theory that splits funding into short-term, long-term and backup funding.[5]
Free material includes a YouTube channel on wholesaling, fix and flips and long-term rentals, a Real Estate Investing Calculator, a wholesaling contract, and a class in which Primm compares rentals, flips and wholesale deals.[6][7][8] Primm hosts a podcast, Professor Freedom, and FasterFreedom's site also lists Funding, Realty and merchandise sections.[2][7] The team names Lucas Walls as a second owner, Matt Sieb as COO and Dusty Sanders as a coach, and the company is FasterFreedom, LLC.[3][8]
FasterFreedom keeps a separate review archive that it says organizes client feedback with its origin attributed and does not represent an exhaustive independent review platform.[9] Its class page states: "The results you see on this page are not typical. Their experiences do not guarantee similar results."[8]
