About Invest To Riches: Mastermind

Members get live coaching and Q&A, three courses (Real Estate 101, Rental Blueprint and Flip Blueprint), a deal calculator and other tools, and seller scripts.[1] The group also runs a private investor circle for networking and joint ventures, and offers members the chance to partner on deals.[1]

Tran is a founding partner at Fifty Hills and hosts the Winners Club Podcast, and the site mrbriantran.com also offers a book, speaking engagements and merchandise.[2] An Invest To Riches newsletter sends weekly game plans, behind-the-scenes material and event news.[2] In September 2025 the Invest to Riches team hosted Flip To Riches, an afternoon event in Burlingame on investing strategies.[3] In a February 2025 podcast episode, "From Rent to Riches", Tran was introduced as founder of 50 Hills Real Estate and a PartnerUp coach, and discussed the 1% Rule for rental properties, investing out of state and creative financing, including seller financing.[4]
