CA Real Estate Insiders is a Skool networking group for the California real estate investing scene.[1] Its page says it was built to give California investors an edge in the market.[1] The intended membership takes in buyers, sellers, agents and investors, as well as businesses that support real estate work, such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, house cleaning, private or hard money, mortgage lending, escrow and real estate photography.[1] Members get access to off-market deals, lessons on creative finance and funding tactics, and updates on local meetups.[1] The group also runs weekly tips, deal breakdowns and live calls, alongside networking with local investors and businesses.[1] The owner's profile reads Builder of Real Estate Communities.[1] The group was created in April 2025.[1]
