Members get weekly live training and role-plays, coaching, frameworks and resources, real deal breakdowns, and lead management playbooks.^[1] The material follows five engines: Pipeline for marketing, Conversion for inside sales, Closing for acquisitions, Revenue for dispositions and Scale for operations.^[2] Plans are priced for teams.^[1]

The academy is one of four engagement models; the others include one-on-one executive coaching with a dedicated RAMP coach, a 3-Hour Revenue & Ops Deep Dive and 1-2 day in-person intensives.^[2] The company's co-founders are Eric Brewer, Chief Executive Officer; Benmont Locker, Chief Growth Officer; and Joe Cipollini, Chief Learning Officer.^[2]
