About Home Buyer Secret : Mortgages

The group mixes mortgage education with material on ChatGPT and AI, social media marketing, lead generation, automated follow-ups and content leverage.^[1] Its programs were once paid, and the only thing asked in return for free access is that members share the resource with someone who could benefit.^[1]

Le is a licensed loan officer at Open Mortgage, LLC, working under the name The Larry Le Team, and Le's page lists NMLS number 1440741 with licences in AZ, CA, FL, IL, IN, LA, MI, NC, TN and TX.^[2]^[3] Le's lender page says the coaching grew out of frustration with how little education clients received during their application, which led to a first-time home buyer coaching class for mortgage clients that explains the mortgage process and how to qualify.^[3] Le also offers one-on-one coaching, free home buying coaching and mortgage or financial education consultations, and runs the website TXVALoanGuy.com.^[3]^[4] On YouTube, Le aims to teach the home buying process so that viewers can make fully informed decisions without having to talk to a loan officer.^[2]

The channel carries an Equal Housing Opportunity notice, and Le's page lists Open Mortgage's branch NMLS number 1122611 and corporate NMLS number 2975.^[2]^[3]
