REI Accelerator is a faith-based collaborative and coaching intensive for real estate investors who want to scale their portfolios by buying large multifamily properties through syndications and creative financing.[1] The Skool group was created in August 2022.[1] Its co-founders are Jonathan Cronin, who also co-founded REI Capital Group, and Larry Kite, who also co-founded Southcorp Group.[2]

About REI Accelerator

The program is aimed at real estate investors and professionals, and business professionals with at least some real estate experience, who want to scale through apartments.[2] Its offer includes a custom plan with one-on-one coaching from a personal business coach, the REI5 step-by-step training program, weekly Zoom calls with other investors, and four to six accountability calls every week.[2] A done-for-you service supplies VA cold calling as a recruitment arm for members' businesses.[2]

Not every item comes with each plan, and an advisor sets out what fits on an enrollment call booked through the REI Accelerator website.[1][2] The site states that the team are not attorneys and have partnered with SEC attorneys to cover the legal work.[2]
