About Arvo Creator Programme

Arvo is a product of Arvo Limited, a private company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre.^[2]^[3] Each property is bought through a Special Purpose Vehicle, and investors receive shares in it in proportion to their stake.^[2] As of September 2026, investments ran from $100 to $50,000 per property with a 1.5% platform fee, and properties are typically held for 3 to 5 years.^[2]

Arvo warns that property investment crowdfunding is risky, that capital is at risk, that investors may lose all or part of the money they invest, and that there are no guarantees on returns.^[2]^[3] It states that it is not a bank, broker or investment advisor and gives no investment advice.^[2]^[3]
