About Real Estate Skool

Courses cover wholesaling and flipping, borrowing private money, landlording and rentals, and slow flips and seller financing, and the group holds weekly coaching calls.[1] The rental material covers creative financing and the BRRRR method.[1] Members also get resources on contracts, assignments and JV agreements, motivated seller leads, skiptracing, cash buyers, an agent directory, direct mail and MLS comps.[1]

Discount Property Investor also offers wholesaling training, a real estate investing podcast, weekly blog posts and access to its discount property leads software.[2] Its courses include a Landlord Course designed by Dodge and Slane on buying rentals with little to no money out of pocket, and a wholesale course on sourcing, negotiating, pricing and marketing.[2]
