About SouthWales Property Investment

Besides that course, members get step-by-step training on flipping a first property and a set of bonus resources.[1] They can message Hollingsworth and other experts in the group directly, and two live Zoom networking webinars with guest speakers take place each month.[1] The group also pitches itself as a place to find joint venture partners.[1]

Hollingsworth's training website points people to the Skool community for training and resources, and separately offers one-to-one mentorship, in which mentor and client find and assess properties together, with ongoing support by phone, WhatsApp or in person.[2] The site says Hollingsworth previously owned and ran an estate agency in South Wales, which it calls the region's largest.[2] Hollingsworth also wrote a 262-page beginner's guide to buy-to-let, development and property investment in South Wales, with a foreword by Chris Samuel.[2] The site adds that there are no guarantees.[2]
