About One Rental at a Time

Members get free courses and bootcamps, new weekly material under a "Special Guest" thumbnail in the classroom, and nine accountability calls, with at least one every day.[1] The community shares experiences but states that it does not give tax or legal advice.[1]

Zuber's paid courses include 10 Week Journey to Getting Started, which as of September 2026 cost $997, and $47 courses on out-of-state investing, raising private money, and stock basics covering risk management, position sizing and technical analysis.[3] The How to Start One Rental at a Time course is also sold with a 30-minute Zoom mentoring session, and course buyers get access to a private Facebook group called One Rental at a Time Works.[3] The brand also publishes the Zuber Letter newsletter, runs the ORaaT Store for merchandise, and has a YouTube channel on rental properties.[2][4]
