Khleif hosts the Lifetime Cashflow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast, which shares the community's name, and wrote a book titled How to Create Lifetime CashFlow Through Multifamily Properties.[2][3] The operator also runs the Warrior Program, a coaching program with a private community, JV partners, capital connections, deal feedback and daily accountability.[2][4] As of September 2026, the operator's site sold The Multifamily Investing Course for $2,495, a Finding Deals Course for $1,495 and a Virtual Multifamily Bootcamp ticket for $47, and its courses page carried a money-back guarantee.[4]
