About Wholesale Real Estate

The course gives step-by-step guidance on finding, negotiating and closing deals, and covers building a buyer's list and marketing contracts.[1] It pitches itself at beginners, including people with no money or experience.[1] Alongside the lessons, members learn with other wholesalers in the community and can put questions to the owner.[1]

The owner also works as a real estate broker and owns a brokerage, and invests in flips and rental properties while operating two coworking locations.[2] The operator's linked brokerage is Modern Heart Realty, which works with people buying, selling or investing in property, and its about page lists Robert Head as a co-founder.[3][4][5] On YouTube, the operator posts property tours, market updates and deal breakdowns.[2]
