About Landman Community

Hepler's website, landman.io, is run by Landman LLC and sets out a wider offer of free videos and eBooks, the Landman Challenge, a program called Deal Engine, and funding.^[2] Its framework is the LandLadder, a 5-step roadmap with the stages Beginner, Hustler, Operator, Architect and Developer.^[2] Deal Engine members work in LandOS, a system for moving through those stages, and in a Funding Engine where they can submit deals for underwriting and access private capital, with weekly coaching and accountability.^[2] Entry to Deal Engine is by a short web application and a 30-minute strategy call.^[2]

On YouTube, the operator describes a focus on rural recreational land across the U.S., with a business that finds, develops and optimises rural land projects ranging from simple flips to subdivision and entitlement plays.^[3] The operator also runs a funding company that provides joint venture capital to other land investors.^[3]
