About Climbr -Real Estate Agents

Members get weekly live calls, weekly talks on AI and new technology, and collaboration with agents in other parts of the country.[2] Topics include building and scaling teams, personal branding, and bringing AI and automation into an agent's business.[2] Live and recorded sessions cover positioning, funnels, follow-up and audience building, with replays, frameworks, templates, guides and tools available on demand.[1] Members can also share wins, teach and be featured across podcasts, webinars and community initiatives, which the site says is earned through participation rather than payment.[1]

On a personal website, co-founder Tony Cruz presents as a business systems expert who built a Keller Williams mega team, and is chief operating officer of Beauty Biz Pro, a marketing agency for beauty and sales-based businesses, and co-owner of Linked Permanent Jewelry Training.[3] Cruz also hosts the How To Attract Customers podcast.[3]

Joining is free, with no trial, hidden fees or later upsells, and the group states no contracts and no recruiting agendas.[1][2] The site adds that Climbr is not built around promised leads or referral swaps.[1]
