About Real Estate Investing

Members get the REI Roadmap, a path from a first deal to a long-term business, and Offergun Training on sending offers at scale.[1] In Agent Outreach Live sessions, members watch real calls to agents as they happen.[1] The group also runs monthly challenges, private members-only podcast episodes, live calls, deal collaboration and joint venture opportunities between members.[1]

Zolin's Agent Investors website sells a step-by-step blueprint for on-market MLS deals, including the Accelerator Program and the Deal Sort App, a sorting system for MLS listings.[3] Its live training runs several times a week and covers agent outreach, deal analysis and market Q&A.[3] A real estate license is not required to join.[3] The Agent Investors website states that results are not a guarantee and that outcomes depend on each person's market, background, experience, available time and effort.[3]
