About Reverse Deal Finder FREE

Members get free group calls with Smith, a lite version of the Reverse Deal Finder course on finding deals today, and networking with other investors.[1]

Smith has bought and sold land since 2015 through RuralVacantLand.com, which sells vacant plots either for cash or on monthly payment terms.[1][2][3] He also offers Land With Luke, a 506(c) fund that gives accredited investors passive investment in the real estate his team works on.[4] In a June 2025 REtipster interview with Seth Williams, Smith discussed his move from rural land into commercial deals such as quick service restaurants, and his new Skool community for teaching the method.[2]

The group carries the notice "Outcomes depend on your market, capital, experience, effort, and other factors. This is not a guarantee of income."[1] Land bought through RuralVacantLand.com is sold as-is, with no refunds, returns or exchanges.[5]
