About XLeads Mastermind (XPlan)

XLeads itself bundles skip tracing, AI property search, a CRM, a dialer, e-signing and SMS blasts.[2] The listing offers four Zoom calls a week led by the Ginns, new and revised real estate courses, joint-venture deals and leads, and tickets to two yearly live events, ETM and Wholesaling Accelerator.[1]

Those events belong to Flip with Rick+ (FWR+), the education platform of the Ginns' Flip with Rick brand, which adds coaching calls, bonus livestreams and a portal for questions.[3][4] Its modules include the Priority Probate System, the Digital Bandit Sign Academy for online seller leads, a creative finance course and the Ginns' recorded staff training.[3] FWR+ is stated to be free for anyone who has done a joint-venture deal with SellMyPaper.com in the previous 365 days.[3] The pair also run a free course at FreeWholesaling.com.[4]
