About Dispo Dragons Ai Wholesaling

Members get an AI comping tool called The 4-Second AI Comping Gem, the Automated Strike Price Engine for working out what to offer, and weekly AI implementation calls where new systems are built live.[1]

The Dispo Dragons website describes a set of AI agents: one comps deals and analyses exit strategies, one sends offers and automated follow-up sequences, an agent liaison takes over when an agent or broker replies, and a specialist drafts legal documents.[2] The website takes applications, which it reviews daily.[2] The site also publishes market analysis, creative financing strategies and field reports from real estate investing.[2]
